He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tomlinson and Thelma Tomlinson (Cotner); his wife Margaret Loretta Rowe; his children, Judy Ann Tomlinson and Gregory Tomlinson; his grandsons, Shawn Tomlinson and Nicholas Lee Tomlinson; his siblings, Arthur William Tomlinson (Carolyn) and Mary Katherine Hays (George); his half-brother Charles; and his parents-in-law, Mary (Martin) and Earl Rowe.
He is survived by: his granddaughters-in-law, Jessica Cline and Heather Foster (Jordon Foster); and his great grandchildren, Cameron Lee Foster, Ameah M. Foster, Leviathan Tomlinson, Ariana Moore and Maylee Foster.
