She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Pickens and Ethel Pickens; and her son Troy Parkevich. She is survived by: her children, Christine Parkevich, Patrick Parkevich (Rhonda), Pamela Shidler (Joshua) and Michelle Ewing.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the All Saints Catholic Church (112 E Market St, Logansport, IN 46947). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at the TBD Ever Rest Cemetery.
