Dorothy Eves Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2025, at the age of 94, Dorothy Eves of Logansport, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Verne A. McGowen and Wilma Bertha McGowen (VanCleave); her husband Thomas E. Eves; and her brothers, Herbert Grant McGowen and Harry A. McGowen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rowena Shepler (Tom) of Logansport, Rebecca Lowry (Ted) of Indianapolis and Roxane Collins (Tim) of Brookston; and her grandchildren, Brian Shepler, Jessica Walter (Matt), Michael Shepler of Washington, DC, Doug Shepler (Jess), Kristen Lanier (Drew), Zack Collins and Stephanie Strong (Ryan). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Main Chapel (19 E Main St, Logansport, IN 46947).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Miami Baptist Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society.
