Murphy, Kellie S. Neuendorf, Cheryl Lynne Tomlinson and Vicki Jo Zeller (Kim); her brother Jeffery Bowyer (Janet); and her grandchildren, Tad Shaffer (Sarah Beth), Emily Shaffer, Bailey Pickett, Kami Tocco, Sydni Neuendorf, Darrin Arvin and Treisha Hile. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
