She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert O. Skaggs and Mary M. Cramblett Skaggs; and her nieces, Melinda S. Murray and Roberta L. "Bert" Chambers. She is survived by: her brother Joseph; her sister-in-law Marilyn Skaggs; her nephew Gary Chambers (Glenda); and her niece Deborah A. Chambers. She is also survived by great nieces, and great nephews.
