She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gunter and Edith Gunter (Tomilson); her husband Charles L. Justice; and her sons, Charles L. Justice Jr. and Bruce Justice.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Byers (John) and Alberta Aaron; her grandchildren, Kayla Chapman (Jeremy), Jennifer Scoles (Andy), Bradley Justice (Amber), Brandon Justice (Melea), Eddie Lopez and Matthew Lopez; her great grandchildren, Kiera, Zach, Owen, Bristol and Bennett; her great great grandchild Bentlee; and her caregiver Kayla Chapman.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Kistler Cemetery in Royal Center.
