He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lewellen and Florence Lewellen (Schlick); his sisters, Catherine Searcy, Mary Ann Michael and Constance Lammer; his grandchild Jaiden Lewellen; and his great grandchild Nyght Emery.
He is survived by: his sons, Eugene Paul Lewellen (Paula Doll) of Logansport and Patrick Wayne Lewellen (Amie Dillon) of Logansport; his brothers, Frank Lewellen and William Lewellen; and his granddaughters, Nicole Emery (Travis) and Jessica Rhodes (Bo Nice) of Logansport. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gundrum Funeral Home (1603 E Broadway St, Logansport, IN 46947). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
