He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Price and Adaline Price (Newport); his wife Marjorie Ann Price (Smith); and his siblings, John Price and Charlotte Conrad.
He is survived by : his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Dawn Price of Middlebury, IN; his grandchildren, Joseph Ellis Price and Katelyn Amaizo (Kelly); his siblings, Harold Price and Arleen Murray (Keith); and his brother-in-law Jerry Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
