Hollis Helms Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hollis Helms of Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on July 9, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Helms and Ruth Helms (Winegardner); his wife Gladys E. Kidd; and his son Dana Helms. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Ann Helms and Dale A. Helms (Mary); his sisters, Elsie Strasser and Lois Bowers; his grandchildren, Cassy Gasser (John), Kari Gerth (Allen), Christopher Helms, Ryan Helms (Megan) and Matt Helms (Jackie); and his great grandchildren, Hudson Helms, Marley Helms, Bailey Gasser, Jordyn Abramczyk (Nathan), Cayden Gasser, Emma Helms, Hayden Helms, Zach Gerth, Tyler Gerth and Benny Hollis Helms.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Gundrum Funeral Home (1603 E Broadway St, Logansport, IN 46947). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
