She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Arthur and Joan DeHaven (Wirth). She is survived by: her husband Charles L. "Chuck" Carbaugh; her children, Angela Klinkhamer (Ed) and John Carbaugh (Ida); her siblings, Stan DeHaven (Kathy) and Nancy DeHaven; her siblings-in-law, William Carbaugh (Beth), Sharon Carbaugh and Barb Carbaugh; and her grandchildren, Peyton Klinkhamer, Jordan Carr, Mikyla Timmerman, Garrott Klinkhamer, Kennedy Klinkhamer, Kenny Randolph, Stephen Randolph, Colten Randolph and Kaitelynn Carbaugh. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of Jane to the Cass County Humane Society.
