He is survived by : his daughters, Kimberly Busard (Al) of Logansport, IN and Brandi Cook of Amboy, IN; his siblings, Jesse William Cook and Kathleen "Susan" Norris; and his grandchildren, John E. Spencer (Loralee), Rodney "Jordan" Busard, Rian Davenport, Paislee Spencer, Colson Spencer, Jaxin Magers, Kaesin Magers, Hunter Davenport, Rilee Davenport and Carsin Davenport.
