He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Adrian Gutierrez and Catalina Chavez; his wife Maria Franco Pompeya; his children, Isabel Gutierrez, Adrian Gutierrez, Ricardo Gutierrez, Maximo Gutierrez, Jose Gutierrez and Cristina Gutierrez; and his brother Silvino Gutierrez.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Logansport Chapel (1801 Chase Rd, Logansport, IN 46947). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (1800 Grant St, Logansport, IN 46947).
