He is survived by: his significant other Brandy Girton of Logansport; his daughters, Nikki Miles (Rick) of Tennessee and Brooklynn Lacey of Logansport; his sister Susie Campbell (Russ) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Hendrix, Alex, Ben and Mekenzie.
