He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Reagle and Margaret Pauline Hall (Sybert); and his brother David Hall. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Tebay (Kenneth), Beverly Joan Everly and Margaret Elaine Crispin (William); and his grandchildren, David Mykut, Joseph Mykut, Alexis Hall (Kristopher Marburger), Sabra Hall (Aaron Hall) and Jade Danyel Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children and Riley Hospital for Children.
