He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Allen and Shirley Mae Hall (Quinn); his spouse Jackie Shepler; and his sisters, Carol Shutt and Joyce Stansberry.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Cracknell of Tennessee, April Wimberley of Virginia and Mark Thompson of Washington, DC; his stepdaughters, Shelley Jensen (Dave) of Logansport and Angie Shepler of Logansport; his brother Denny Hall (Mary) of California; and his grandchildren, Nathan (Amber), Joshua, Michael (Crystal), San Tana (Blake) and Adam. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
