She is survived by: her husband Scott Kissel; her daughters, Amber Hume, Heather Jester, Nicole Miller (Zachary) and Alieson Parmigiano (Peter Sayarath); her stepdaughters, Jessica Williams (Steve) and Korri Rutar (T. J.); her grandchildren, Evy Jester, Phillip, Lillian Parmigiano and Davina Miller; her stepgrandsons, Lucas and Evan Rutar; her siblings, Willis Raymond Mathews, Wanda Sweat (Steve) and Nina Collins; her nephews, Lance Mathews and William Sweat; and her niece Tiffany Jacques.
A memorial gathering was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Chapel (1801 Chase Rd, Logansport, IN 46947). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Michele's memory to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
