He is survived by: his parents, Kent Kellogg (Lora) and Ruby Doyle Kellogg; his daughters, Mykinsi Kellogg and Aleeyah Kellogg; his fiancé Cortney Shaver; and his siblings, Brad Kellogg (Krystal), Michelle Armstrong, Kyle Kellogg (Jacob), Tosha Musselman (Dan) and Trenton Young (Jeanine). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many dear friends.
In honor of the love Nick had for his girls, memorial contributions may be made to assist his daughters and support their future.
