Richard L. Parmeter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Parmeter of Logansport, Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemoine Parmeter and Opal Parmeter (Helvie); his wife Candace Parmeter; his sisters, Rosemary Parmeter and Rita Morgan; his son Christopher Richard Parmeter; and his friend John Combs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Pflug (Mark) of Greensboro, NC, Holly Tabbs of Logansport and Camilla Zwiebel of Logansport; and his grandchildren, Casey Rivard, Harley Wines, Delaney Nava, Donovan Wines, Carrington Tabbs and CJ Tabbs.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the local VFW post.
