He is survived by: his daughter Angela "Angel" Smith (Curt); his grandchildren, Anthony, Jasmine, Andrew, Kaitlyn and Scott; his children, Cody, Katie, Tyler, Camden, Casey, Cash and Clyde; and his brothers, Gene (Ginny) of Hawaii, Steven (Kathy) of Utah and Duane (Karen) of Utah.
