She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel E. Layman and Elsie M. Layman (Maze); her husband Paul J. Rush; and her sister Rosie. She is survived by: her daughters, Gayle Long (Jerry) of Kokomo, Deborah K. Sherman of Kokomo and Ashlee Simpson of Kokomo; and her brother Daniel Layman (Linda) of Logansport. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
