Shelby Forgey Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Shelby Forgey of Logansport, Indiana, whose life came to an end on May 4, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luard Patterson and Marjorie Patterson (Brummett); and her brother Gary Patterson. She is survived by: her husband Doug Forgey; her sons, Derek Forgey (Kimbra) of Logansport and Michael Forgey of Logansport; her grandchildren, Zak Forgey, Shaylen Forgey, Amber Ochoa and Evan Higgins; and her great grandchildren, Rayden Forgey, Sophia Ochoa and Lennon Ochoa.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Logansport Chapel (1801 Chase Rd, Logansport, IN 46947). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
