He was predeceased by: his parent Pearl Canady (Wright); his wife Daisy Mae; his parent Cecil Canady; and his sisters, Sally Harold (Emman) and Mary Merry (Bob).
He is survived by: his sons, Kelvin Eugene Canady (Patricia Canady) of Loogootee, Indiana and Clarence Ray Canady (Terri) of Columbus, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Cecil Canady, Ashley Alford, Renee McGaha (Josh), Tyler Canady (Delilah), Kyle Risley (Mika Leiendecker) and Kayla Risley (Kyle Fittz). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Blake Funeral Home (300 Church St, Loogootee, IN 47553). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
