He is survived by: his children, Kim Neeley (Mike), Gene Nolan (Mai), Steve Nolan and Donna Lottes (Herb); his grandchildren, Nolan Neeley (Amanda), Colin Neeley (Danielle), Liza Neeley, Kayla Wright (Astar), Steve Nolan (Amanda), Sarah Bockhold (Jeff), Donnie Nolan (Breanna), Stephanie McAtee (Bryant), Deidra Winett (Adam), Megan Shake (Clayton), Leah Lottes and Nolan Lottes (Kristin); and his close friend Rita Poirier. He is also survived by 11 great- grandchildren.
