He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Virginia Toy, Russel and Maxine Jones. He is survived by: his parents, William D. "Bill" Toy and Gina Toy (Jones); his son Maxwell Toy; and his brothers, Nick Toy (Jaymie), Alex Toy and Alan Toy (Jill). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (408 Church St, Loogootee, IN 47553). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to North Daviess Athletic Department and St. John Catholic Church.
