"Bill" Toy and Gina Toy (Jones); his son Maxwell Toy; and his brothers, Nick Toy (Jaymie), Alex Toy and Alan Toy (Jill). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to North Daviess Athletic Department and St. John Catholic Church.
