She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vernon and Lela Mae O'Brien (Huebner); and her brother Charles William O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Gary Tedrow; her son Charlie Tedrow (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Karoline Tedrow and Jacob Tedrow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (18982 St Joseph Rd, Loogootee, IN 47553). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in memory of Phyllis Tedrow.
