She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hammond and Emma Hammond; her brother Kenny Hammond; her grandson Jeremiah Mauk; and her great grandchild Tristan Popka.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry "Jake" Mauk, Jeffrey Mauk (Beth), Jennifer Popka (Jeff), Joel Mauk (Lori) and Julie Gregory (Charles). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Southlake Baptist Church of Crown Point (125 N Court St, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
