He is survived by : his daughters, Denise Kendall (Allen) and Amanda Meyer (Jason); his grandsons, Jonathan Kendall and Douglas Echterling; his siblings, David (LeAnn), Kathy Blink, Thomas Echterling (Nancy), Stephen Echterling and Teresa Pagona; and his great-aunts, Joanie Hunt and Margie Raines. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
