With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Napiwocki of Lowell, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 17, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace; her siblings, LeRoy, Deloris and Marilyn; and her parents, Hazel Thompson and Ernest Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, John Fortener (David), Lisa Paul (William), Michael Fortener (Christine), Suzanne Wartsbaugh (David), Charlie Napiwocki (Lorel) and Jeff Napiwocki (Tami); her grandchildren, Nicholas Paul, Emily Wartsbaugh, Nathan Napiwocki, Katlyn Meyer (Noah), Hailey Fortener, Sidney, Amber, Luke Napiwocki and Mike Fortener; and her sister Linda Stevens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
