He is survived by : his wife Gina Suzanne Bender; his children, Allison Suzanne, Anna Joy and Jacob Joseph Bender; his siblings, Thomas Bender (Patricia), Gary Bender (Terry), Judith Sanchez (Antonio), Daniel, Donald and Diann; and his mother-in-law Brenda.
