Louis Escalante Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis Escalante of Lowell, Indiana, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Balthazaar Escalante and Perfecta Escalante; his brother James Escalante; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Escalante and Roy Murphy.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Escalante; his children, Ariana Jones, Tiffany Nottingham (Jeff), Kimberly Jamrock (Scott) and Doug Jurecki (Melinda); his grandchildren, Corey Wolfe (Kylie), Jeffrey Nottingham (Emelie Bechtel), Brianna Wolfe (Tony Lovejoy), Alex Nottingham, Dillon Jamrock, Madison Jamrock, Drake Jurecki, Logan Jamrock, Cailee Jurecki and Xavier Jones; his siblings, Josh Escalante (Michelle), Moses Escalante, Raymond Escalante (Brenda), Nellie Velasquez (Junior), Bertha Diaz (Victor) and Benjamin Escalante (Tawanna); and his sister-in-law Judy Murphy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution can be made to the family for a memorial bench in Centennial Park in Munster.
