He is survived by: his wife Pamela Anderson; his children, Michael David John Anderson, Samantha Arlene Anderson (James Lopez), Katie Nicole Anderson and Heather McHugh; his granddaughters, Charlotte Mae Henry and Danielle Lynn Lopez; and his sisters, Sue Bratcher (David), Anna Gonzales (Rob), Barbara Papageorgakis (Pete) and Rachel Johnson (Mike).
