He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sr. and Margaret; his siblings, Linda Brown and Lloyd "Eddie" Jr.; his great grandchild Harper Detamore; and his son-in-law Steve Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Rankin, Tamela Thompson and Bridget Blackburn (Gary); his significant other Jane Blakeman; and his stepdaughters, Tracy Adams and Robin Rosenthall. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services (604 E Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
