She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene; her sister Ann; her niece Angela Nelson-Houston; and her parents, Alfred Nelson and Mary Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Wittenhagen (Mike), Dawn Lanting (Paul) and Joe (Angela); and her siblings, Mary Frances Nelson, William Nelson (Mary Jo), Charles Nelson (Cheryl), Richard Nelson (Carla) and Joseph Nelson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
