We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2025, at the age of 88, Shirley Lechner of Lowell, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Singleton and Cleo Singleton. She is survived by: her children, Carla Brewer (George) of Lowell and Curt Lechner (Cherie) of Valparaiso; her grandsons, Kevin Heiser (Lisa) of Crown Point, Andrew Lechner of Valparaiso and Ryan Heiser (Kendall) of Fort Wayne; her great grandchildren, Ava and Sadie; her husband Donald Lechner; her daughters, Julie and Melissa; and her siblings, Dorothy, Marion, Phyllis O'Donnell, Benjamin O'Donnell and Frank Singleton.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services (604 E Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at the Lake Prairie Cemetery Sw Corner (18030 Wicker Ave, Lowell, IN 46356).
