He was predeceased by: his father Harvey; and his siblings, Barbara and Jeffery. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Lila Milia (Phil), Christoper of Valparaiso, Elizabeth of Lowell, Laura Grossman (Joel) of Marion and Kathleen Conder (Gary) of Lowell; his grandsons, Steven and Joshua Thomas; his children, Haley Hawk, Lori Hawk, Robert-Lee and Nathaneil Slinkard; his great grandchild Aiden Thomas; and his mother Joy Ebert.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sheets Funeral Home & Cremation Services (604 E Commercial Ave, Lowell, IN 46356). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at the Orchard Grove Cemetery (IN-55, Lowell, IN 46356).
