She was predeceased by: her former husband Berry; her parents, Theodore Kwiatkowski and Rita Kwiatkowski; and her brother Mark Kwiatkowski. She is survived by: her husband Mark Ruthkay; and her nephew Frank Kwiatkowski. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
