He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; and his siblings, Ruthie Jensen and John Irvine. He is survived by: his children, Sandra Broski (Brian) and Michael Irvine; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Kyle Broski, Michael, Kevin, Kristin and Hayley Irvine; his great grandchildren, Kane and Jensyn; and his sister JoAnne Swanson.
