He was predeceased by: his parents, Olan "Squeak" Osburn and Anita Osburn; and his sisters, Debbie Talarek and Diane Viers. He is survived by: his son Dave Osburn (Debbie); his grandchildren, Zandrea and Quinten; the mother of his child Susan Osburn; and his siblings, Terry Osburn (Dawn) and Denise Osburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
