He is survived by : his wife Debra Tuttle (Adams); his daughters, Gina Harrell (Jeremy) and Michelle Bougie (David); and his grandchildren, Illyna Juarez, Callie Bougie, Raelyn Harrell, Morgan Bougie and David.
