He was predeceased by: his parents, Dickie Middleton Sr. and Teddy Lou Middleton (Noe); his in-laws, Lee and Norma Gossett; his great-niece Eliza Lambert; and his brother Bobby G. Middleton.
He is survived by: his wife Debra G. Middleton (Spangler) of Lucerne; his sons, Christopher Middleton and Kyle Middleton (Britney) of Rochester, IN; his siblings, Dick Middleton Jr. (Rita) of Bucyrus, OH, Jerry Middleton (Geraldine) of Denver, Indiana and Mona Lambert (Harold) of Nevada, OH; his grandchildren, Makena, Jordyn, Kayley and Josh; his great grandchild Taylen Martin; and his sister-in-law Diana Heathcote (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Caston High School Girls Athletics, Logansport Berries Baseball or the Fulton Liberty Lions Club.
