He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Casper Leach, Sr. and Mary Caroline Duncan Leach; his daughter Joan Diann Leach; his siblings, Barbara Loyd, Carol Cullins, Marie Saffell, Dorothy Leach, Casper Kenneth Leach, Jr., Doug Rigney and Kenneth G. Leach; and his pet Missy.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Cadwallader; his daughters, Kathy Thomas (Rick), Carla Lee (Joni), Karen McClain (John), Bonnie Hutchens (Rob), Becky Darling (Jim), Ellen Shilts (Doug) and Tammy Cox (Greg); and his siblings, Leon Leach and Judy L. Smith. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
