He was predeceased by: his father George Howard; his mother-in-law Shirley Raines; his siblings-in-law, Sarah Howard and Tommy Harrison; his cousin James "Duke" Sowder; his aunt Mary Durham; and his nephew Christopher Johnson.
He is survived by: his mother Fannie Howard (Bryant); his wife Cassie Howard (McKinney); his children, Cristina "Marie" Sasher (Michael), Ashley Cox (Brandon), Cierra Howard (Jeremy), Tyler Ledbetter (Tabitha), Sabrina Ledbetter (Justin), Jamie Howard (Steven) and Katheryn Clontz (Brayden); his grandchildren, Courtney, Casey, Carter, Cammie, Damien, Serenity, Lilly, Taylor, Carson, Abby, Taelyn, Arriana, Melanie "Mel Mel", Gracie, Riley, Parker, Paisley, Wesley "Lil James", Akira, Alleann, William Jr., Lillian and Ry Ry; his siblings, Wanda Harrison (Tommy), Elizabeth Howard, Kenny Howard (Sarah) and George Howard (Chris); his father-in-law Darrell McKinney (Kathy); his nephew Todd Harrison; his cousin Marlene Brooks; and his close friends, Rodney "Cupcake" Griffin, Lee Wright and Billy Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
