He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Nicholson and Vergie Nicholson (Brown); his daughter Tonya Renee Nicholson; and his siblings, Fred L. Nicholson, Paul D. Nicholson, Azel M. Creech and Martha Robbins.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Marie Nicholson of Lynn; his children, DeAnna Sergent (Fred) of Franklin, Kristina Roberts (Brett) of Fairmount and Wade Nicholson (Kim) of Fountain City; his grandchildren, Freddie Sergent (Taylor), Daniel Sergent, Samantha Barajas (Jacob), Eli Roberts, Jerry Rader, Nicole Rader, Georgie Rader (Sue), Bridget Hardy (Mark), Nathan Hardwick (Amie) and Clorinda Presley; and his brothers, Terry J. Nicholson (Carla) of Lynn and Charles E. Nicholson (Marcella) of Bloomingport. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
