She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Whetzell (Robert) of Front Royal, VA, Kelly Dodd (Mark) of Romney, WV and Rocky Ludwick (Tina) of Petersburg, WV; her siblings, Bill Kesner (late Arvella) of Winchester, VA, Jean Shoemaker (late Kenneth) of Augusta, WV, Geneva Riley (late Gary) of Fort Ashby, WV and Joe Kesner (Darlene) of Capon Bridge, WV.; her grandchildren, Chrissy Schmohl (Kevin) of Linden, VA, Misty Dodd of Romney, WV, Ashman Dodd (Katie) of Morgantown, WV, Rocky Ludwick, II (Ashley) of Bridgeport, Payden Ludwick (Olivia) of Lynchburg, VA and Hannah Sirk (Phillip) of Moorefield, WV; her great grandchildren, Ava, Isaac Schmohl, Madelyn, Roslyn Leatherman, Sylvia, Juniper Dodd, Adalin Mae Ludwick, Clover, Willard, Atlas, Roland Ludwick, Hayes and Ellis Sirk; and her siblings-in-law, Lucille Kesner of Augusta, WV and Keith Ryan.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Shaffer Funeral Home (230 E Main St, Romney, WV 26757).
