We are sad to announce that, on May 2, 2026, at the age of 85, Phyllis Lewis of Lynn, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lester and Ardeth M. Lamb Hunley; her husband Cleo Oliver Lewis; and her siblings, Wilbur Lee Hunley, Lester Maurice Hunley, Sheila LeAnn Drew, John L. Hunley, Sr., Raymond Lee Hunley, Paul Morton Hunley, Carol Sue Jarrett, Rita E. Pettinichio, Viola Hutzler, Lesta Butler and Lonnie David Hunley.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Lewis (Patricia), Timothy Lewis (Anita), Stacey Lewis (Sheila), Dawn Johnson (Chris) and Kara Harris (Steve); and her brother Larry Hunley. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
