He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his siblings, Gary, Sue (Pete), Linda and Ruthie (Gary); and his children, Tristan (Rylee), Marissa (Craig), Saundra, Brett (Kasey), Brandy (Jay) and Brandon. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren & four great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are preferred to the Underhill Family to assist with David's final expenses.
