He was predeceased by: his parents, Roe and Bessie DeVore (Dunham). He is survived by: his wife Reavia L. DeVore (Savage); his children, Gerald DeVore, Jr. (Wanda) of Noblesville and Patricia J. Garland of Lyons; and his sister Annie Hendrix of Marion, IN.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
