He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Neils and Mavis Loudean Rasmussen (Rose); and his siblings, Velba Loudean Krieg, Ben Neils Rasmussen, Jr., Mark Allen Rasmussen and Penny Sue Frederick.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rasmussen; his son Michael Neils Rasmussen (Macy); his grandsons, Daniel Neils Rasmussen of Macy and Theodore Lee Rasmussen of Macy; and his sister Cathie Colaizza (Julian "Jay").
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McClain Funeral Home (3500 IN-16, Denver, IN 46926).
