She was predeceased by : her parents, Leroy Smythe and Jeanne DuPee Smythe; her parents-in-law, Roy Boldery and Mary Virginia Hood Boldery; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Whitham, Darrell Whitham and Michael O'Neal, Sr.; her nephew-in-law Tim Fulk, Sr.; and her nephew Kyle Boldery.
She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" Allen Boldery of Madison, Indiana; her siblings, Terry Simmons (Bob) of Columbus, Kimberly Niehause (Glen) of Seymour, Kristy Biesen (Patrick) of Panama City, Florida and Jeffery Smythe of Hermiston, Oregon; her half-sister Michelle Dunham of Taft, California; and her siblings-in-law, Gustava O'Neal of Madison, Barbara Willett (Dalton) of Madison, Indiana and Shelby Boldery (Corliss) of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
