Scroggins and Ruth Scroggins of Orange City, Florida; his sister Dena Scroggins Skinner (Billy) of DeLand, Florida; his sibling's children, Morgan Scroggins, Mason Scroggins, Mia Scroggins and William Skinner; his aunts, Phyllis Logsdon of Scottsville, Mary Evelyn Fredenburgh of Mainesville, Angela Scroggins of Fort Worth and Pam Phillips of Madison, Indiana; his uncle Terry Boggs of Lexington; and his close friend Corey Perry of Madison, Indiana.
